Nigdy w życiu nie trafiłem gorzej jeśli chodzi o jakikolwiek zakup. Podpisałem umowę na mieszkanie w Łodzi przy ul. Gdańskiej 120. Aktualnie minęło 1,5 roku opóźnienia. Jakość wykonania fatalna. Pękające tynki, styropian zamiast pustaka, nadproże leżące na murze bez kleju, wylewka ścierająca się od podeszwy cienka miejscami na 0,5cm. I to nie tylko w moim mieszkaniu. Deweloper nie odpisuje na maile, wiecznie tylko "nie wiem", "nic nie mogę zrobić". Co miesiąc podają nowy termin na za miesiąc i tak bez końca. Członek zarządu w twarz mówi mi, że jak nie pasuje mi, działanie jego firmy to mogę zrezygnować z mieszkania.
