In the face of constantly growing market needs, our products are systematically developing and expanding the area of ​​activity by creating new jobs and a market. The strength of the BATON company is a dedicated and well-trained team of 140 employees, who are constantly improving their skills. At present, we also operate in the formula of Zakład Pracy Chronionej and the company has been transformed into a limited joint-stock partnership. Out of concern for the good of the customer and the offered product, we are constantly raising quality standards. This resulted in receiving numerous awards and distinctions, as well as obtaining in 2003 - as the first bakery in Poland - the European HACCP security certificate. For over 20 years, we have been supplying delicious products to our customers' satisfaction and expectations, which we offer in our store chain "DOM CHLEBA BATON". We pride ourselves on the potential of 35 stores in Bydgoszcz, Osielsko and Białe Błota. We have also been trusted by dozens of contractors cooperating with us for many years. The BATON company has been involved in charity for years, cooperating with, among others, Caritas Polska. We are also a sponsor of the first women's basketball team BATON BASKET 25.
