Porażka. Pani Natalia jest niegrzeczna, niekompetentna, niezadowolona że klient cokolwiek potrzebuje. Umowìla sie ze mną na odbiór auta i podstawienie nowego, po czym w dzien wymiany Pani twierdzi, że umawiałyśmy się inaczej a w.ogole to nie miałam.dostać auta zastępczego. Odradzam z całego serca.
