Years of consistent development policy have meant that since 1994 we have been an Authorized Ford Dealer, one of the largest in the country and the only one in Bielsko-Biała. In 1999, we were admitted to the elite group "1000 plus" - a group of dealers who, as one of the few in Poland, achieved a record level of sales calculated on a scale of one year. Such a result would certainly not be possible if it were not for the high level of services provided by our company. The message "satisfaction guaranteed" has been accompanying us for many years. Our care for total customer satisfaction and high quality services have been recognized by Ford Polska. The proof of recognition is granting us, in the years 1997-2003, 2005-2007 and 2009-2014, as the best official representative of Ford in Poland, the President's Awards "The Chairman's Award", in the category of the best customer service. It is a kind of record in Europe. We are the only Ford dealer that maintains this level of service for so many years.

BIELSKI BOSS IN SILESIA Chorzowski Auto-Boss is located at Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa 51. A double-decker living room with a total usable area (ground floor and first floor of the living room) is 4415 sq m largest in Silesia. The Auto-Boss salon offers two car brands - Ford and Volvo. In the part devoted to the Ford brand there is a place for the exhibition of 15 cars. The Volvo part has 8 seats for the presentation of its models. An additional attraction of the Volvo part is the car's display on a specially prepared glass panel - people on the ground floor of the living room can view the Volvo car from the bottom. On the ground floor of the living room, at the main entrance, there were positions of service advisors, a shop as well as office service positions and issuing new cars. For customers visiting the website, a special reception has been prepared. Drive-in. The car enters the service through the room, where the initial diagnosis and inspection is carried out. All activities are monitored by the customer through the glazed wall of the website. The Auto-Boss salon in Chorzów has 14 service stands (including 3 dedicated positions for Ford Transit cars). Such a number ensures smooth operation and reduces waiting time for car repairs. The exhibition room of cars is the most impressive, however. Both in the Ford and Volvo parts there are sales stations, specially designated waiting rooms and a playground for children. The interior design and layout are in line with the Ford of Europe rules. The adoption of such guidelines makes the Chorzów living room comply with the service standards adopted throughout Europe.
