Obiecywał, obiecywał i nie zapłacił

Firma nie potrafiąca wywiązać się do końca ze swoich zobowiązań .Mam problem z wypłatą ostatniej transzy wykupu obligacji. Kontakt urwał się rok temu ,różne próby kontaktu bez odzewu. W siedzibie firmy ,ponoć bywa rzadko.
