Oddałem swój samochód Mercedes-Benz W116 z 1979 r. do autoryzowanego serwisu Mercedesa w Bilsku-Białej na wymianę oleju i inne proste usługi. Nie zrobili a wysłali go do tego warsztatu ASC. Kiedy odebrałem samochód, dolna listwa przymocowana do nadwozia była luźna na skutek nieostrożności mechaników i nadepnięcia na nią, więc przymocowałem ją ponownie rękami i krótkimi uderzeniami. Samochód użytkowałem raz-dwa razy w tygodniu, silnik zaczął się przegrzewać już po kilku kilometrach. Zdałem sobie sprawę, że wlano za dużo oleju silnikowego i jest on powyżej znaku maksymalnego. Zadzwoniłem w Piatek przed swiata, żeby odwiedzić ponownie, obiecali, że wkrótce zadzwonimy dzis albo wewtortu ale tak się nie stało. Nie wykonali należycie swojej pracy i nie obiecują prawdy.
