Niestety, moje doświadczenie z firmą artystal_pl było rozczarowujące. Zamówienie nie dotarło na czas, mimo obietnic o terminowej dostawie, a kontakt z działem obsługi klienta pozostawiał wiele do życzenia – odpowiedzi były opóźnione i mało pomocne. Na dodatek, produkt nie spełniał oczekiwań, odbiegał od opisu na stronie i wyglądał na niskiej jakości. Z uwagi na te problemy, trudno mi polecić tę firmę.
