Our company provides mainly Investor Supervision services in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.

We offer our services to both institutional and private clients.

If the Construction Law requires the client to establish investor's supervision, we suggest fulfilling the above obligation and becoming the Investor's Supervision Inspector.

Our basic duties will include:

representing the investor on the construction site by controlling the compliance of its implementation with the project and building permit, regulations and principles of technical knowledge;

checking the quality of works and embedded construction products;

checking and collecting construction works that are being covered or disappearing, participating in tests and technical acceptance of installations, technical devices and chimney flues, as well as preparing and participating in the acceptance of ready construction works and putting them into use;

confirmation of the works actually carried out and removal of defects;

controlling construction accounts;

and all other work agreed at the contract signing stage.

The company cooperates with supervision inspectors with the required experience, qualifications and permissions in all industries covered by supervision, civil liability insurance, membership in the chamber of civil engineers.

In addition, at the investor's request, we also carry out building inspections required by the Building Law.
