Firma przyjmuje zamówienie i nie wysyła go, brak jakiegokolwiek kontaktu z firmą czy to przez numer telefonu na stronie, formularz na stronie czy adres e-mail. Dopiero po zgłoszeniu sprawy do banku, przelewy 24 oraz policję i sms-owym powiadomieniu sklepu o zgłoszeniu sprawy expresowo (do 10 minut po wysłaniu SMS-a) firma wysłała zamówienie.
