Moja opinia o firmie jest negatywna, czuję się oszukana i okradziona przez firmę pana A. Gawor. W dniu 15.07.2020 r odesłałam 2 ręczniki, które mi się nie podobały. Zwrotu dokonałam w terminie po 3 dniach od otrzymania towaru, na co posiadam potwierdzenie nadania przesyłki przez pocztę, pomyłkowo zamiast adresu zwrotu do Krzywaczka ręczniki wysłałam na adres głównej siedziby firmy Kraków Ul. Landaua 34 i zgłosiłam to telefonicznie P. Gawor w dniu 29.07.2020 r. oczekując zwrotu gotówki, na konto, które udostępniłam w emailu, P. Gawor potwierdził, ze kiedy odbierze przesyłkę w Krakowie to prześle mi pieniądze, kilkakrotnie dzwoniłam i pisałam emile o zwrot pieniędzy, a szef bezczelnie przez telefon śmieje się,że nie zmieściłam się w terminie zwrotu towaru i nie odda mi pieniędzy, oświadczył, że sama mam przyjechać sobie po odesłany towar 150 km. to jest kpina jak traktuje się Klientów w tym sklepie internetowym. Przecież towar odesłałam na adres głównej siedziby firmy a nie gdzieś w KOSMOS. Pan Gawor ma swój towar i nie chce oddać mi pieniędzy. Posiadam email z żądaniem zwrotu oraz potwierdzenie oddania paczki. Wiele lat robię zakupy przez internet i z takim traktowaniem Klienta nigdy się nie spotkałam. Stanowczo odradzam zakupy w tym sklepie bo możecie mieć duże problemy z odzyskaniem pieniędzy. Proszę mi odpisać czy ktoś miał podobny problem i jak odzyskać moje pieniądze to jest dla mnie spora kwota 140 zł. Czuję się oszukana przez tą firmę. Czy mam zgłosić sprawę do Sądu
