Aria Development nie zasługuje nawet na "pół gwiazdki". W zeszłym roku zakupilismy mieszkanie od tego dewelopera w Wieliszewie. W momencie zakupu wszystko pięknie, ładnie. Po wprowadzeniu się w grudniu do mieszkania okazało się, że woda leje nam się po ścianie na szerokości około 2 m., przecieka dach, pojawiają się zacieki w dużym pokoju, łazience, pojawia się pleśń. Problemy zgłaszane, zarówno wadliwej wentylacji, przecieków, zagrzybienia. Każdy umywa rece. Problemu nie ma. Głuchy telefon. A kiedy uda się skontaktować już z dyrektorem słyszymy ze to NASZE MIESZKANIE i nic nie mogą zrobić. Rzeczywiście, bardzo profesjonalne podejście i poszanowanie klienta. Odradzam i nie polecam!
