Spółkę kupiła( bo sam pewnie nie potrafi niczego stworzyć) osoba, której nie można kompletnie w niczym zaufać, osoba która za nic ma zapisy w akcie notarialnym i w nosie ma swoje obowiązki jako deweloper, bo wie, że mając kolejną już spółkę z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, to może wręcz nadużywać jej "ograniczonej odpowiedzialności'
