Po roku użytkowania na ścianach pojawił się grzyb, Pleśń w 2 mieszkaniach z 4. Developer nie poczuwa się do odpowiedzialności aby naprawić usterki, nie odpowiada na zgłaszane usterki, z tytułu rękojmi. nie naprawia ich. Bardzo dużo nieprawidłowości. Brak nawiewników w oknach, prawdopodobnie nie należyte wykonanie prac, dziury w murach, niedokończone prace na zewnątrz. Nie mam zazwyczaj potrzeby pisania komentarzy, niemniej chciałabym przeczytać ten zanim kupiłam mieszkanie. Zainteresowanych zapraszam do domków na Mydlarskiej, chętnie opowiemy i pokażemy jak naprawdę buduje developer Markas/Kamago/prodomkp czy inne nazwy, które używa ta sama Pani Katarzyna, która sprzedaje domki jednorodzinne. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.
