1. Each partner has the right to represent the company. To make declarations of will and sign on behalf of the company is fixed each partner independently. 2. Establishment of a proxy requires the consent of all the shareholders, but the appeal of attorney may be each partner individually. 3. To accept declarations of intent, acknowledgment of receipt of cash or goods, as well as making any other routine administration of the company's assets is fixed each partner individually.
