To represent the company in matters of ordinary management is entitled to any of the partners alone. In matters of ordinary management is authorized to represent the well as the independent proxy appointed by all partners. To represent the company in matters beyond the scope of ordinary management are entitled alternatively - including two partners, respectively - each partner individually holding a written power of attorney (agreement) of the second authorizing to perform a particular act or certain acts for and on behalf of the company. In addition to the power of attorney is also required shareholder resolution; action made without the above requirements can be confirmed by their performance, - proxy or representative acting on the basis of the resolution and the power of attorney (consent) granted by the two partners.
