We are currently completing work on the APE HOT LINE emergency reporting platform operating in the help desk system. Any logged in user will be able to report a fault - failure by email or phone, and this information will be forwarded automatically by the coordinator to the nearest mobile service unit. We reduce the waiting time for failure removal to the necessary minimum.
