Jeśli chodzi o wysyłke to naprawde szybko ale jakość usługi serwisowej w ostatnim czasie bardzo sie pogorszyła .Wysłałem lunete bo nie trzymała kuli i miało być tylko sprawdzenie mocowania matrycy bo już to było kiedyś robione przez serwis [ słaby punkt tych lunet ] a skonczyło na wymianie całej matrycy i oczywiscie cena 3x jak ustalona. Efekt jest taki ze po właczeniu jest bardzo jasny oślepiający obraz i po najechaniu na bliższy cel to samo , po rozmowie zaproponowano przysłanie lunety ponownie bo jak stwierdził ,, serwisant '' coś chyba z doświetlaczem się dzieje ale to ze przed wymianą matrycy tego nie było to już nie stwierdził , szkoda czasu , pieniędzy i amunicji na ponowne przestrzelania a strzelnica 50 km , czas na zmiane sprzetu i firmy.
W moim przypadku i opisaniu serwisantowi problemu z nie trzymaniem kuli cena naprawy była ustalona przed wysyłką ,i problemu z oslepiającym obrazem przed wymiana matrycy nie było .Prosze spytać tego nowego serwisanta on to ustalał.
