The AlcoSystem company is the main distributor of the Smart Start ignition system in Poland. This system makes the inclusion of the engine dependent on the result of the sobriety test. If the detected alcohol exceeds the permitted level, the breathalyzer cuts off the ignition and the vehicle will not start. To prevent an attempt to cheat the system, i.e. a test performed by a non-driver, the SSI 20/20 breathalyzer is additionally equipped with a photo camera at the start of the test. The Smart Start system also prevents possible alcohol consumption by the driver while driving by randomly setting a new test. For the next test the driver has 6 minutes and thanks to this, if necessary, he can safely drive to the side of the road.

The AlcoSystem company also has a Smart Start IN-HOM stationary system, which is primarily used in production plants. Before entering the production hall, the employee is required to perform a sobriety test. The breathalyzer is also equipped with a camera and time recorder for the test. In the case of a positive test result, the system's program will show that the person performing the test is under the influence of alcohol.
