Trudno mi ocenić jakość posiłków - nie miałam okazji poznać. Ale mam duże zastrzeżenia do jakości usług. W zeszłym roku firma Zupitto Agnieszka Majksner dostarczała obiady do jednego z liceum w Krakowie. W tym roku już nie - o czym dowiedziałam się po tym jak zamówiłam obiad dla córki i obiad nie został dostarczony ponieważ się nie opłacało dla jednej osoby. Rozumiem - aczkolwiek miło byłoby gdybyśmy dostali taka informację z samego rana. Nie dostaliśmy, córka obiadu nie dostała i nie wiedziała dlaczego. Po tej sytuacji okazało się, że firma już obiadów do szkoły nie dostarcza z uwagi na małą liczbę zamówień. Od ponad miesiąca różnymi kanałami (mail, telefon, aplikacja do zamawiania obiadów) próbuje odzyskać nadpłaconą kwotę - bez skutku. Moja cierpliwość niestety się skończyła, więc przestrzegam wszystkich chcących korzystać z cateringu dostarczanego przez tą firmę do szkół - odradzam wpłacanie kwoty większej niż za kilka posiłków z góry - pieniądze są trudne do odzyskania.
