Our Employment Agency Sparta Sp. z o. o. deals with professional recruitment of temporary employees from Ukraine to supplement the lack of personnel on the Polish labor market.
We have 6 branches throughout Ukraine and provide comprehensive services related to the legal employment and stay of foreigners in Poland. We specialize in the recruitment of skilled and unskilled workers from Ukraine. We delegate on a leasing basis, in this way we provide a fully legal and economic optimization leading to a significant reduction of employment costs.
Cooperation in hiring employees from Ukraine includes:
- recruitment of candidates and HR and payroll services
- attention to all formal issues: support in obtaining and extending visas, work permits or residence cards; registration of a candidate at the Labor Office;
- coordination of the employee's arrival to Poland in accordance with applicable legal regulations in Poland and Ukraine;
- language verification of candidates from Ukraine and their qualifications;
- assistance in providing accommodation for employees,
- an assigned guardian who communicates in Ukrainian.

For qualifying employees

The remuneration for the Agency is PLN 35-44, including:

- Employee net rate
- ZUS and other contributions and costs
- Accommodation
- Agency margin

For an auxiliary employee

The remuneration for the Agency is PLN 25-32, including:

- Employee net rate
- ZUS and other contributions and costs
- Accommodation
- Agency margin

+ VAT for each hour worked for each employee, directed to work. The payment deadline for invoices by the Ordering Party is 5 days counted from the day on which the Contractor receives a correctly issued VAT invoice, but no later than the 10th day of the next calendar month.
The cost of employee accommodation lies with the User's Employer.
