Wiosną 2021 roku informowałem o usterkach dotyczących mojego balkonu / wilgotne purchle na suficie, wypłukane przez wodę krawędzie balkonowe, zniszczona przez uszkodzony sufit terakota /. Nie dziwi mnie, zważywszy na to, jak osiedle jest zarządzane, że nie spotkało się to z żadną reakcją.
Nie przyjmuję jednak do wiadomości, że niewykonalnym jest posprzątanie starych rolet przy budynku, czy usunięcie drzewa, które wyrasta z elewacji... Wykonanie progu balkonowego to też żaden wyczyn, jak również załatanie dziur w elewacji, które paskudzą cały budynek. Od mojego pierwszego zgłoszenia minęło 7 miesięcy (!), to wystarczający czas aby zająć się prostymi pracami typu wyrwanie krzaka z elewacji, którego korzenie uszkadzają sufit, wprowadzając pod niego wodę.
