Zanim odwiedzisz AUTOGT zastanów się czy masz czas, wyjątkową cierpliwość i b. mocne nerwy – i to najlepiej 2x (co najmniej!)
6.7 na ich stronie znalazłem „dostępny od ręki” Hyundai Kona w cenie 118 tyś. Zadzwoniłem a sprzedawczyni potwierdziła i zaproponowała rezerwację na 24h. Okazało się, że oferta jest błędna co mieli naprawić. Ponad 2 tygodnie a ten „wabik” nadal jest widoczny w ofertach. Nie dostałem obiecanej symulacji rat, po telefonie przyszedł mail bez załącznika.
Potwierdziłem wizytę i rezerwację. W salonie okazało się, iż samochodu nie ma! Zostałem zapewniony, że auto jest jednak dostępne, zamówione i na pewno dotrze do 7 dni. Cena wzrosła do katalogowej 121 tyś, po uświadomieniu sprzedawcy jaka obowiązuje oferta i upusty na stronie hyundai-a.. skończyło się na katalogowym 119. Poprosiłem o ofertę na wybrane akcesoria, którą miałem otrzymać na drugi dzień. 2 tygodnie dopraszam się o porządną ofertę, a to co otrzymuję jest niekompletne, nieprecyzyjne i o ok. 30% droższe od ofert konkurencji, które uzyskałem w 24h. Miała być specjalna do zakupionego auta. 17 dni a samochodu nadal nie ma, brak konkretnej informacji po za „jest w transporcie”. Udało mi się jedynie wydusić „ wstępnie w tym tygodniu/ następnym”. Podejście po za wszelkimi normami, komunikacja fatalna, oszukują, zero zainteresowania i chęci. Traktowanie Klienta jak zło konieczne i natrętna muchę.
Tak to się maluchy na przedpłaty sprzedawało cztery dekady temu.
