All this combined with the inner need to change oneself can achieve very fruitful results. The latest equipment for body composition analysis together with various anthropometric methods helps to determine the correct dietary recommendations. This allows very real determination of adipose, muscle and bone tissue as well as internal and extracellular water. The obtained results give the opportunity to individually determine nutritional recommendations in order to achieve the set goal. The basic principle to achieve success is working on yourself. When we stop setting goals, the effects start to fade, and my motto here is to never give up.
