We offer you a thermal insulation system with PUR (polyurethane) foam using high-pressure spray equipment. Hydrodynamic spray technology is used for insulation:

• residential buildings (flat roofs, attics)

• industrial facilities (halls, warehouses, cold stores, tanks)

• agricultural objects

The PUR foam application is carried out using the spray method. The contractor uses specialized high-pressure equipment directly on the construction site. As a result of mixing in the spray gun head of two components - an isocyanate and a polyol, a fast-expanding substance is formed, increasing its volume by 120 fold, uniform and without a welded surface. The resulting insulation does not degrade and does not lose its insulating values ​​over the years. The only threat can be UV ultraviolet radiation. Therefore, when applying foam on surfaces exposed to external factors, for example flat roofs, the insulation layer is additionally covered with an elastomer coating or a protective paint. Thanks to the spray method of applying PUR foam, we obtain continuity of insulation without joints, causing thermal losses. The foam spray method allows us to apply it in very complex, irregular and hard to reach places.
