We deal with galvanic zinc coating - the maximum dimensions of details that will fit in our bathtubs are 2450x600x900 mm (length x width x height). Details are passivated (on customer's request - we do not pass) in silver with a shade of blue, golden with opalescence or black (all passivations are free of chromium VI), the thickness of the coating can be in the range of 5-20 micrometres. Chemical details can be painted after galvanizing.

Simultaneously with galvanic zinc coating we conduct other chemical treatments - aluminum chromating (maximum dimensions of details 2000x400x900, length x width x height); steel etching (maximum detail dimensions 2500x600x900, length x width x height); etching and passivating stainless steel (maximum dimensions of details 1000x200x400, length x width x height).

In addition to chemical treatments, we deal with the production of steel and aluminum products (sheets, profiles) for Telekomunikacja Polska SA, Siemens, R & M, various types of cabinets, brackets, mounting rails, cable ladders, stands and other details; chip machining - turning, milling, TIG / MIG / MAG welding, restraining, drilling. At customer's request, we cover products with powder varnish, we perform sandblasting services.
