Our mission is to promote the idea of ​​energy-saving construction for individual and institutional clients. We offer construction of houses for individual clients on plots belonging to the investor or on our plots in the turnkey system or to the developer's state.

We provide general contracting services for companies and institutions, act as a substitute investor, conduct investor's supervision and offer technical advice on a wide profile. In addition, at the clients' request, we offer investment project management services of all sizes and construction management, i.e. full management of the construction process.

We offer the implementation of our homes in both traditional and skeleton technology. In core technology, we make low-energy houses NF40 and passive NF15. In traditional technology, we implement all projects according to the client's wishes. According to our motto, in each case we present all possibilities of increasing the thermal protection class of the building.

We implement our proecological and energy-efficient solutions not only in the construction and construction sphere of the implemented facility but also in the field of installation solutions. We offer only high-performance heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Our offer includes a wide range of heat and cold sources based on renewable energy sources. Together with our partners, we provide solutions for power systems, including those based on photovoltaics.
