For more than a decade, it was a hobby and a way to do extra work at home. In 1997, passion merged with business and so the Ela Cukiernia was established. Initially, in Łomża, after three years, to move to the home town of Świętajna. A peaceful Masurian village surrounded by lakes and forests on the border of the Piska Forest. From that time, "from Eli" baked goods could also be bought in stores.
