The company was unreliable from the very beginning. After paying for the towbar for the car purchased on Allegro, only the module was included in the package. After my phone call, the hook was sent a week later. On On November 9, 2021, under the warranty, I sent a damaged hook module to the company. On 19/11/2021 as part of the complaint, I only received the cable to the module. Immediately after noticing this fact, I notified the seller with a photo of the contents of the parcel. To this day, despite many telephone contacts, I have not received the advertised hook module.
