We deal with the comprehensive implementation of concrete screed in accordance with the latest technology. We make works from our own or entrusted materials.

We make cement screeds with MIXOKRET. The quality of execution of the screed with aggregate does not require subsequent use of leveling compounds and self-leveling screeds. Thus, the floor prepared by us is ready for laying tiles, parquet or floor panels.

As part of our services, we offer:

• applying levels using a laser leveler,
• laying of waterproofing using a construction foil for this purpose,
• arrangement of the thermal insulation by laying styrofoam or mineral wool,
• arrangement of vertical dilatation (foam tape along walls and walls),
• pouring concrete using the semi-dry method (5-8cm),
• spreading and rubbing the spout with a power trowel, which guarantees a smooth and abrasion-resistant surface. Blurring in this way prevents sand grains from falling out and scaling of concrete and increases durability.

In addition, a plasticizer is added to the screed, which improves the plasticity of the mortar (recommended especially for underfloor heating) and polypropylene (glass) fibers, which increase the consistency of the mortar.
