The company "Międzybrodzkie Makarony" started its activity in 1991 in Międzybrodzie Bialskie. The first product was a five-roll rolled pasta commonly called "Krajanka". Until now, he is very popular among gourmets. Over the past years, the company has systematically expanded its scope of activities with new forms of pasta, taking into account consumer expectations and trends developing on the grocery market in Poland as well as in other European countries. The high quality of the products and its taste qualities quickly gained the recognition of many customers.
The company's products are characterized by the fact that during cooking they increase their volume more than twice, thanks to the content of fresh eggs and durum flour in their composition. The raw materials used in the production come from suppliers carefully selected over many years. The traditional recipe, which remains unchanged from the beginning of the establishment, makes the pasta has a delicious taste, golden color, is elastic and does not stick together.
The company is dynamically developing through investments in modern technologies and continuous improvement of production processes. In 2006, the Company opened another production plant in Kobiernice, which was equipped with a modern production line, which allowed to fully automate the pasta production process.
In 2007, the BRC Global Standard - Food quality system including the HACCP system and ISO 9001: 2000 system was implemented to ensure the highest quality of products while maintaining the highest European standard of food safety.
