PBO had a large share in supporting the privatization of state-owned enterprises in the nineties. Then we supported, as advisers, the privatizing banking sector. When the monopoly of TP SA was liquidated in telecommunications, we became involved in the development of a private, modern telecommunications infrastructure. Our special purpose vehicle, PBO Investment, was one of the largest developers in the construction of base stations and relay towers for GSM telephony in Poland. We have been preparing for the opening of the electricity market for 10 years. We advised municipal companies in this regard (MPWiK SA Warsaw, Metro Warszawa, Tramwaje Warszawskie) and large energy groups: ENEA SA, Energa SA, and Elektrim SA. Today, when the market started to actually open, we provide our clients - SAVINGS. These savings are easy to obtain as a result of technical and commercial solutions reducing the cost of electricity consumption.
