Delivery of products:
The delivery of products ordered at the "GOWTEL" company is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Poland. The term of the contract usually does not exceed 2 working days. Complaints and guarantees:
At the time of receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the parcel. Any damage should be immediately reported to employees present at delivery or courier, and to contact the delivery company. The basis for the complaint is the damage found by the persons delivering the parcel. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, if the product remains in the original packaging, it was not used and does not bear traces of use. The possibility of returning the goods within this period covers only products delivered via courier companies, and Poczta Polska. Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws No. 2104 item 827), this is possible only if the goods have not been used, copied or damaged in any way. Returned goods should be sent back together The invoice will be returned within 5 business days by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer or by postal order at the address indicated in the order. The cost of delivery of the goods is not subject to the invoice or receipt in the original packaging.
