Nabyliśmy z Małżonką nieruchomość w Poniatowicach od Firmy. Bardzo dobra cena. Jeśli się ustali wszystko konkretnie to nie było z niczym problemu. Wiadomo, że jest to dom do własnego wykończenia i jeszcze dużo pracy przed nami, ale i tak za te pieniądze moglibyśmy kupić tylko kawalerkę w Oleśnicy, a tutaj mamy jeszcze ogród.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam indywidualnej budowy domu z tą firmą. Nieterminowość, ciągle zmiany kosztów budowy. Nie wywiązywanie się z ustalonej umowy. A na koniec brak realizacji ostatniego etapu (elewacji domu) pomimo wzięcia z góry pieniędzy!!!
