Kupiłem gaźnik, który od początku był niesprawny – śruby zapieczone do tego stopnia, że nie dało się go rozebrać, a co za tym idzie – nawet przygotować do montażu. Produkt nie był używany, nie był zalany paliwem – po prostu fabrycznie wadliwy.
Zamiast przeprosin i uczciwego zwrotu pieniędzy, sprzedawca próbował przerzucić winę na mnie, zarzucając brak umiejętności i uszkodzenie towaru. Tymczasem jestem mgr inż. mechaniki i pracuję jako konstruktor technolog – wiem, jak posługiwać się śrubokrętem.
Ostatecznie oddano mi tylko część pieniędzy, resztę musiałem odzyskiwać przez Allegro Protect.
Zachowanie sprzedawcy – nieprofesjonalne, nieuczciwe i nastawione na unikanie odpowiedzialności.
Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego sprzedawcy nikomu, kto oczekuje normalnej obsługi i sprawnego towaru.
