Stoisko galanteria tekstylna. Zakupy to stres i niezadowolenie. Problem w tym, że klient wprowadzany jest w błąd podczas zakupów. Kupując towar otrzymuje informację "można wymienić", (przymierzanie nie jest umożliwione). Do wymiany jednak dojść NIE MOŻE bowiem notorycznie NIE MA towaru wymiennego, szczególnie rozmiarów i innego podobnego asortymentu. Pieniądze wyrzucone w błoto.
