BIMService deals with the professional performance of parametric 3D models. For modeling we use innovative software thanks to which no project is a problem for us. Using new technologies, based on the created 3D model, we are able to:

• Visualization of the building (both from outside and inside)
• Analysis of insolation
• Energy rating of the building
• Comprehensive design documentation

At the design stage, we are able to detect incompatibilities, errors and omissions in documentation, collisions of elements as well as differences in the definition of materials.

Creating a 3D model requires a lot of team attention and more work than creating standard 2D drawings, but later working with a 3D model is much more productive and effective. Our clients have full control over the creation of a virtual object through free browsers of IFC models, which later can be used directly on the construction site as an alternative to 2D drawings.
