An author's design services studio has existed since 1991 and design practice has been ongoing since 1980. Architect Arkadiusz Marszałek has design qualifications without restrictions, he is a member of the Silesian Regional Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland and the Silesian District Chamber of Civil Engineers.

The studio offers comprehensive services to companies, housing communities and individual clients from the concept of the facility through the design to the building permit, along with all localization arrangements, appraisers with appraisers for sanitary and hygienic issues, fire protection or occupational health and safety until obtaining a building permit.
