Zamówiłem transport samochodu z punktu A do punktu B w określonym w umowie terminie. Firma nie wywiązała się z terminu i zażądała ode mnie dojazdu do innego miejsca co wiązało się z dojazdem 100km s jedna stronę. Na wysunięte z mojej strony zadanie zmiany ceny z uwagi na niedostarczony towaru w terminie i miejsca prez co ponioslem dodatkowe koszty uslyszalem odpowiedź "nidgy nie miałam tak upierdliwego klienta". Duży negattw za brak kultury, zrozumienia i jednostroną zmianę umowy!
