Jeśli chodzi o pączki. To dobre.
Jeśli chodzi o orientację z czym pączek jest, to już duży problem. Czwarty raz otrzymałam pączek z jabłkiem, którego nie lubię zamiast moreli. Czasami brak różnorodności w smakach. I duży minus dla informacji firmy, gdzie nie ma żadnej możliwości, aby złożyć zapytanie, skargę lub pochwałę. Brak również telefonu do szefa. Zrobiłam zdjęcie nadzienia oraz paragonu z rzekomym nadzieniem morelowym i reklamacji żadnej nie mogę złożyć. Zgłosiłam kiedyś pomyłkę w pączkarni, ale dziewczyna stwierdziła, że nie wierzy, że doszło do pomyłki. Kazała wykonać zdjęcie. Ja już nie kupię tam pączków, bo pomyłki są tam na porządku dziennym i nie wiadomo do kogo zgłaszać takie niespodzianki. Z tego też powodu daję dwie gwiazdki za świeżo upieczony pączek.
