A case in court. I wanted to buy an Opel Astra. The car had some minor defects and the cheek engine lamp was on. I was assured that it was from standing in the square and all defects would be removed within 4 days. Under this condition, I made a deposit of PLN 1,000. After 4 days, I received a phone call with a strange question whether it was necessary to translate the registration document into Polish. A company that has been trading cars for many years does not know that ?! I had to make 10 phone calls to find out if the car was ready. From 4 days it became 8. It turned out that the car has already had a positive inspection, but I insisted that it be done again with me. Two stations refused to analyze the exhaust gases. In the third, it turned out that the car could not be put into traffic. The commission denies everything. They refused to return my deposit. Fortunately, I have confirmation of the negative analysis and a witness.

After a long time, i.e. about 2 years, I can tell you something about this commission. STRAIGHT AWAY !!!!!!! The car that was supposed to be a white Citroen C3 for my wife from 2012. 1.4 was found after the accident, the front radiator was replaced, the bumper was inserted from another-color difference. Then it even stuck out because it was wrongly mounted and fitted. They did, but it comes off again. Oil was leaking from the gasket under the lid and the emergency mode turned on - the service was supposed to be done, but they ordered to pay. They did not change the gaskets, but only glued them with ordinary silicone. They left the key cap on the label as the mechanic told me. Also, my gasket had several colors of ordinary silicone, not resistant to temperature. I did it myself because it was leaking from the entire engine, because not the gasket under the lid. I paid PLN 750. In general, if it was not enough, someone welded the silencer so much that it made a bump like a ping pong ball and I had to cut the pipe and insert a new one because it was passing. The car drives but it was taken on credit and it was supposed to be a dream come true for a relatively new car. I will not mention the tires that had to be bought immediately with steel rims because they were exchanged for trade. And it was possible for the reputation and prestige of the company to do these ailments, because the car was repaired twice by them under the supposedly 3-month warranty. In addition, we left them in the settlement with the grande punto with new Nokian tires and they earned 3,000 on it because it was sold immediately. I wonder if the future buyer has received new tires ..... Answer for yourself
