Asseco Data Systems SA (ADS) was established on January 4, 2016. The company is counted among the largest IT companies in Poland. On January 2, 2017, Asseco Data Systems SA merged with two companies in which ADS previously held 100% of the share capital, ie CTPartners SA and Sigilogic Sp. z oo, at the same time becoming their legal successor under the provision of art. 494 of the Code of Commercial Companies (so-called general succession) and directly taking over the operational activity of the merged companies.

SIGILOGIC Sp. z o. o. with its knowledge and specialization in intelligent city and building technologies will support the area of ​​IT Integration, and CTPARTNERS SA will expand the business portfolio of ADS Trainings.
